Capture the highlights of your show day with our exclusive Private Client Video Coverage service! This premium add-on is available for clients who want a personalized video experience to complement their show day memories.
How It Works
Private Client Video Coverage must be reserved and prepaid prior to the start of the show. Slots are limited, so early sign-up is encouraged to guarantee your spot. Once booked, you'll have dedicated video coverage for your show day, capturing your selected rounds and key moments in the ring.
The Perfect Pairing
This service is offered as a special add-on alongside regular official photographer photo coverage. Clients who sign up for video can also take advantage of purchasing photos following the show, giving you a wonderful collection of memories from your day in the ring.

Review and choose the service you are interested in. Can select multiple if needing to add additional horses.
Form
Fill out your information for the show including rider name, horse name, classes, and any other details you’d like us to know!
Terms & Conditions
Review and agree to the terms & conditions. Checkbox must be clicked to confirm agreement.
Invoice
Review invoice for accuracy and then continue to the easy online payment option to finalize. Please contact me to request another payment option, if needed!
Details
Signed contract and payment in full must be received to hold spot as client.
Spots are limited and will fill on a first come first serve basis.
All footage provided will be raw clips taken periodically through the event and will not be full videos of the entire event/rounds. Videos will be delivered vertically in social media format in slow motion. Client may use the clips individually or put them together for social media how they please. HBP does not offer any reel editing for this event.
